It was mentioned on the Nerf Facebook websites on the poster for the Centurion that Not All Centurions Fire Up To 100 Feet because of safety issues in countries such as Australia. Step 5 - Pull the trigger to fire the dart. Step 4 - Pull the bolt all the way back, then forward. Step 3 - Place the clip into the clip loading slot. Step 2 - Push the cocking bolt all the way forward. Step 1 - Load the 6 Elite Mega Darts into the clip. Hasbro has yet to address these complaints. After its release, there were reports by some people of the bolt of the Centurion getting stuck halfway through priming after a short use period. There is no danger of the blaster being damaged, unless caused by tremendous overuse or mishandling by the user. The clip can be easily loaded simply by just sliding it into the blaster. Unlike other clip system blasters which to be loaded halfway through priming, this does not apply to the Centurion. Not having the barrel increases the reliability and range of the blaster, as well as accuracy. This problem can be overcome by jamming the catch up into the blaster and keeping it there with tape, glue and/or other materials. When the barrel is installed, the catch gets pushed up, allowing the blaster to fire. This is because there is a catch in the blaster that stops the blaster from firing. The Centurion also requires the barrel to fire. The barrel for this blaster cannot be removed once it is installed without dismantling the blaster. It is the spiritual successor to the Longshot CS-6, but also has some resemblance to the Stampede ECS, especially the handle of the blaster. It uses Elite Mega Darts, which are held in new MCS 6-Dart Clips. It is part of the new Elite Mega series, has an overall length of 42", and fires up to 100 feet, although most of the time shots will drop significantly below the maximum distance. It is designed to be a long-range sniping blaster. The Centurion (codenamed the Javelin) is a N-Strike Elite Mega series weapon that can hold up to 6 Elite Mega Darts.
